Returns policy

We stand behind every item we make. If something isn't right, we'll put it right.

Personalised items

Because every item is made uniquely for you, personalised clothing cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty or there is a printing error on our part. This is standard for personalised goods under UK consumer law.

Non-personalised items

If you ordered an item without personalisation, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund, provided it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Our quality guarantee

If there is a printing error, a quality defect, or anything about your order that isn't right — we will replace it or refund you in full. No quibbles, no hassle.

We check every item before it leaves us, but if we've made a mistake we take full responsibility. Just get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to report a problem

Email us within 14 days

Send an email to hello@mollybear.uk with your order number and a photo showing the issue.

We'll review and respond

We aim to respond within 1–2 working days. We may ask for additional photos to help us understand the issue.

Replacement or refund

Once confirmed, we'll either send a replacement (free of charge) or process a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Not the right size?

We can't exchange personalised items for a different size, so please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If you're unsure, err on the side of sizing up — children grow fast!
